So I met a girl online 9 months ago. Since February we’ve been really busy and it was tough to meet up at certain times because of work or vacation. We’ve chatted a lot via text or phone call. Today was the first day we met. I think overall it went well, no awkward silent moments. She wasn’t looking at her phone or looked disinterested. But I asked her if she’s on any dating apps or if she’s thinking about getting married one day. She’s like no I don’t use dating apps and if I meet the right guy then I’ll get married. I bought a small dinner because she didn’t want to eat a big meal and neither did I. I bought her a small inexpensive gift, a rosey-scented candle 🕯️ which she thought was thoughtful. I asked her overall what she thought of me, she’s like you seem cool and chill, you don’t annoy me. I left the ball in her court and said it was nice to meet up thank you, and I’ll let you decide if you want to meet up again and left the train. What do you girls think about this?

I feel nothing wrong here. It was a perfect date. And it's the perfect kind of going slow. If you both really feel you both would click together you both can end up getting married too. Just go natural as it is going and let's see where it would lead you two to.
I agree with the other answer, there’s nothing bad here. Give it some time and she will reply back. Some people feel needy replying after just going on a date. Until you get to know her more, you really won’t know her style of communication
Sounds perfect 😊👍
welll im not so sure, i did a follow up question which ill post below and maybe you can provide your input
Girls, had a good first date with this girl but when I asked about a second date she didn't give a clear answer? ↗
