we're both in our 20s living at home, i hate her and can't stand her sight, she's a mean bitch, she laughs at me when she sees me, you know that laugh you make at someone pity or crazy? that's what she does, she knows how to push my buttons.
any female can explain her bitchy behavior? why would she laugh at me? is it to provoke me and get me in trouble? she ever tasted her blood but apparently she will soon.

You need to learn how to either deal with her or ignore her. She knows that she can push your buttons so she isn't going to stop. Once she realizes that it isn't bothering you then she (maybe) get tired of doing it. I always advocate taking the high road. Don't stoop to their level and fight in the mud. That only makes you as bad as them. Unfortunately I can't really relate to the situation because I have a really good relationship with my younger sister. We rarely have arguments.
