Do tall guys like short girls complimenting how tall they are?

I wouldn't enjoy a compliment on anything that isn't an accomplishment. Being tall is not an accomplishment.

Probably. I have a friend who is tall and he does boast about it often and says he loves towering over a woman despite her in high heels.

I'm pretty indifferent to it. I get 3 or 4 comments a week about it. More when I was younger.
