Like honestly I feel broken from the relationship I was living, caring, nice always did thoughtful things for her. Always talked about how her day went with her. Was by her side with health related things. She was verbally abusive calling me names such as stupid motherfucker or a bitch, she was physically abusive because I didn’t do something when she wanted me to do it she smacked me in the back of my head. We were playing nba 2k once she was losing so she got mad and smacked me in the head. I also tried breaking up before with her and I wasn’t allowed to cause her sister threatened to kill me so basically she was the only one allowed to break up which ultimately did happen. Why did all this happen to me

Abusive people prey on the weak. She wanted a boyfriend, most guys won’t put up with her crazy shit, so she looked for a guy who would. Of course she was going to act nice in the first place to lure you in.

I won’t blame you entirely for what happened because obviously she and her sister are a pair of cunts, and I’m not trying to kick you while you’re down here, but to avoid this ever happening again you need to harden up a bit. The reason they did it is because they’re sociopaths who could tell that you’d be afraid to do anything about the abuse.

Her sister threatening you shouldn’t have made you stay - nobody threatening you should have - but she was a woman so even less of a threat than a man.

You need to stop being such a nice guy. Treat a good woman well, but don’t be so nice that you’re afraid to be an assholes sometimes and tell a bad one to go fuck herself, or anybody for that matter. Lift some weights, train a combat sport/self-defence, become more assertive.
