A little confused about the picture for this question. That you? So yeah that is sorta like a nervous tick when we do that. It can be for any number of reasons and even subconsciously. I have caught myself doing it at times. Not often but I have done it. I equate it to those figet spinner things. Same principle but natural extension of my body. A lot of times especially in younger girls we do that when we are nervous because we have a thing for a guy. Not always but can be a sign.
It was my first post of a question… not sure how I did that ( pic) I’ll try to edit.
