Assuming you aren't being chased by every girl, then there really isn't much urgency for a girl to have to initiate. It's the fear of realization that if she doesn't make a move now, she likely lose her one and only chance. Therefore, id assume she very promiscuous and the very flirtatious type. So probably not good dating material.
