Girls, when you take your shoes off, do you use your hands or do you kick them off?

I’ve notice in my vast knowledge of women, that very few “kick” their shoes off, instead they will lean on something and take them off with their hands or will sit.

I do use my hands. If I wear flats or heels, I’ll usually balance on one leg and lift the other. Tennis shoes or boots, I’ll sit. I don’t wanna do the “one foot behind the heel of the other foot”, because that starts to show wear. I’m a freak when it comes to clean shoes!

It depends on shoes tbh :D

Tactical boots must be at least untied, and then I can safely kick them off, as they won't be damaged by such harsh treatment. The rest of my shoes, unfortunately, must be treated better :D

Hands, since I undo my shoelaces before taking them off. I used to just kick them off when I was in my teens but that would wreck the backs of my shoes, so I stopped doing that.
