What does it mean when she replies with 🤗😊 to a ♥️?

I'm currently home from work sick and had a little conversation with a girl I am dating. She said "get well soon😊" because we have plans next week. I replied with a "thank you♥️" and then she replied with 🤗😊.

Why not replying with a heart?

And I really think about it she didn't have to reply at all to it... and the heart emoji is usually socially accepted for almost any relation like friend, partner, coworker, classmate, boss etc... when it comes to saying "get well".

Maybe it's just the sickness making me insane

Hmm, I wouldn't read too much into it, man. Smiling and hug emojis seem pretty friendly/positive to me.

A heart is more romantic, so maybe she was just trying to keep it casual since you're just chatting as friends while you're sick. Girls overthink that stuff too lol.

I wouldn't stress - she still replied and showed she cares you're feeling better. The hug one is warmer than nothing at all! Save the heart for when you see her in person, maybe it'll go over better.

Well in this case a heart emoji is normal to send to anyone... literally just got one from my boss. So that's why it felt weird not getting one from a girl you're dating... however, my boss would never send a hug emoji... so that's a good sign maybe

I'd say take it as a good sign then. She could have just responded with a "get well" but she added the hug emoji which shows she cares about you in a warmer way than just a friend or acquaintance. Plus the smiley face too. She seems into you if she's sending hugs and smiles in her texts.

Don't overthink the fact she didn't send the heart back - she still gave you an affectionate reply. And anyway, who cares what little emojis people use as long as you guys are feeling a connection, you know? Seems like things are going well with her.
