She’s embarrassed by her behavior. Happens to me all the time! They hit on you and you kind of blow them off because they’re drunk, then the next time they see you, they become kind of stand-offish. They’re just embarrassed and afraid they blew their chance. Either that or you just thought she was coming on to you.
