Girl blocked me on Instagram?

I had only talked to this attractive girl a few times in my class (at college). I then added her on insta and she promptly added me back. A few days later, I decided to finally tell her my feelings about her. Imma be honest, I kept dragging the conversation along, when I knew I should have probably stopped. The next day, I noticed that she unfollowed me, so I kinda caved in and “apologized” to her the next day, just cause I didn’t wanna come off as creepy. Clearly, that didn’t work, and she immediately blocked me when she read the message. Has anybody had similar experiences; in the future, what can I learn from this?

What you can learn from your mistakes? That you should not make them over again. However, people seldom learn from their mistakes and keep making them.

When you realized that she was not reciprocating your feelings, you should just have let the conversation be and not insist or try to make your point get across.

Apologizing was still the best thing to do but in her eyes, it is as if you did not understand her point of view and that is why she blocked you. She wanted to ensure that there would not be any subsequent conversation and attempts to make her change her mind.

Just let it be and let the past rest. She may unblock you in the future if you don't pursue with that matter.

Well, your answering is in your question “I kept dragging the conversation along, when I knew I should have probably stopped.” You were doing too much and now any attempt that you make to reach her out she’ll more and more repulsed by you. Just leave her alone. In the future try not to come out as too strong or pushy especially when the other person doesn’t show any interest. My advice to you is do not to expose your feelings unless you’re sure the other person feels the same or is equally attracted to you.

I don't think she's all that into you, to be honest. Just block her page back, and ignore her. Someone else will come along in the future. Just don't be so forward in letting your feelings be known. Let any future love interests air THEIR feelings first. Make them do the work.
