Luv, don't beat yourself up over some jerk being an asshole to you. That's on them, not you. Some people are just miserable and like to bring others down to their level.
Chances are it has nothing to do with who you are and everything to do with their own insecurities and issues. Just remember that you're awesome no matter what others say or do. Keep treating people with respect while also standing up for yourself - you don't deserve to be anyone's punching bag.
The good news is you've got tons of years ahead to meet people who appreciate you for who you are. Brush it off, do your thing, and surround yourself with true friends who've got your back. One day you'll look back and laugh that their petty bullshit ever got to you. Keep your head high!
