Then the next day again and asked to smell me. She was casual about it and I appreciate the compliment, I just never got that before and don't know how to react.

Thanks for the advice. I think I am just worried of the crush possibility. She didn't really cross any boundaries like actually smell me like that, and there was another coworker present the second time. If it happens again though I'll try something like that.

So usually with girls if she likes the way you smell it's usually a hormone thing, like yk how if you're dating someone and you're both physically and emotionally attracted to them you tend to love the smell of them even if they're not wearing any perfume or whatever, well that's because of the hormones so if she's loving the way you smell it's most likely not a crush she's probably extremely attracted to you in more ways then one, and if you're not comfortable with it I'd definitely set some boundaries

I don't smell people but if your perfume is strong I will tell you that it's a okay one. It's a great compliment. She is nice.
