Lol in all the jobs I ever had in my 20s (including not working when I studied at a university campus) I for one never, ever got not even "one coworker" (and I only screw women who were born women, yet don't let me be tied into that stupid lesbian agenda of they themselves only want natural born women 'cause that's lesbians a news article it was here) anyways. No I never even got a hint.
If I had to answer I'd say the women should directly ask a guy out or even offer to hang out outside of work hours 👿👀👿😋👿👀

I don't think discovering this is the right idea. You build it up. If I just randomly walk around the street asking women, "You wanna have sex with me?" That doesn't seem like a successful strategy. You gotta build it up. In every single aspects of life whether it's just getting laid or LTR or marriage, too many people these days lack the building aspect in my opinion, maybe because they lack social skills.
