How to make girl comfrotable?

Hey all,

I know a girl and we both have a crush on each other. Problem is its kind of hard to talk to her because I can tell she gets really nervous. I dont talk to her often but we see eachother all the time. What are some ways I can get her more comfrotable? I have been told before that I am a scary/intimidating person. Normally I think people find my silence overbearing, but with her I talk and ask her questions. She stares into my eyes when I talk to her and she turns her feet and faces her whole body to me, but she can't talk much and gives me one word answers. Thoughts, how should I act? I know she is not shy in general because she acts much more social around different people.

Why don't you just ask her if she is doing OK? Ask her if she wants to talk to you. Ask her. If she is OK with you talking to her, learn to ask open questions. Instead of "Do you like dogs?", ask her "What kind of animals do you like and why?" It gives you information that can lead to an actual conversation about what she is interested in.
