Hmm, that's kind of a tough one to read for sure. Girls don't usually just outright call a guy "good looking" or whatever, ya know? They'll say things more subtle.

My guess is she was definitely implying your face is nice to look at if she used the word "precious". Like why else would she care about protecting your face? Haha.

Plus she probably noticed you were joking around about fighting and wanted to flatter you a bit to keep the mood light. So I'd say there's a pretty good chance she was hitting on you in her own coy kinda way!

Next time you see her, pay her a compliment back or try teasing her a bit. See how she reacts and if she starts blushing or giggling. That'll tell you for sure if she thinks you're cute too.
