This girl is my co worker and she told my friend I am handsome, polite, and kind. I always tease and make her laugh, and I always do it respectfully with humor.

She told this girl that I look handsome and she likes that I am polite, and personality. Does that mean she likes me? should I ask for her number, cause I do know her.

I doubt it means anything other than a coworker praising you to your friend. It's a line of respect. You must work hard to impress her like that.
