Depends. With no context it could mean a lot of things. The first thing that comes to mind however is that she is flirting and trying to get your attention. That's a typical flirting technique especially with girls. I'll admit that I've done that when I was in grade school. So that is probably why she is doing it but without any context it is impossible to say. Is she doing it playfully or in a mean way for example? There could be very different reasons depending on that. She just could be mean and doing it for fun. So you need to look at the context of how she does it and in what way to determine why.

She was doing it in a playfully, like fake playfully to hit me with her bottle water, fake scare me at the waist level, etc…

Because it's what women do. They'll flirt with you even when they have no interest. Some do it for the attention, some do it for sport, so do it just out of boredom. It's just the way women's minds are wired. In thier mind it's OK for them to do this to you. It's just NOT ok for you to do it to them.😆
