Girls, how do you always seem to smell better than men, what's the secret?

(We don't use the horrific AXE body spray... 😵‍💫)

Also, ph and other stuff that contributes to bo can be regulated with a cleaner (leaner) diet, low/no daily sugars and so on.

Last but not least, most girls tend to carry bit of perfume and/or a little spritz bottle in their purses to refresh a bit mid-day.

We have a higher pH balance which kills odor causing bacteria on the rare occasion we sweat. I also think it's because we use lotion's on our skin and our hair is usually long, which retains the pleasant smell of our hair products.

A friend of mine that used to have bad body odor became a born again Christian and started confessing healing, general and financial scripture out loud daily, sometimes several times a day. They did not change anything in their diet and they had bad body odor for years. After several months of doing these scriptures their body odor went down about 99%. After mentioning this, a woman who had also been doing the same scripture (she purchased the same book) but less times a day also noticed that a problematic smell she had down below completely vanished and the body odor under her armpits went away (even without deodorant).

The scripture they were confessing out loud daily was Charles Capps Creative Power gift collection and it is based on the KJV Bible. It is paraphrased. The scripture makes many statements about bringing healing and health to the body. They also noticed other health issues improving too.

I think it's a mix of a few things. First, a lot of us are really into our skincare and hygiene routines. We spend time finding the right soaps, shampoos, and body washes that smell great and work well for us. Plus, there are tons of amazing-smelling lotions and perfumes out there that we love to use.

Also, we tend to carry stuff like body sprays or perfumes in our bags for a quick refresh during the day. And let’s not forget about deodorants and antiperspirants, which come in so many different scents.

It might seem like a lot, but it's really just about finding products that make us feel good and confident. So, no big secret, just a bit of extra effort and some great-smelling products!

So I have a favorite scent. It's vanilla. I buy a nice vanilla scented body wash and body scrub. In the shower I start off with the scrub. It smells delicious 😋

Then I use the body wash. If I need to shave, I also have a vanilla scented shaving cream lol

I have a yummy vanilla cupcake scented lotion for after I get out. And a vanilla body spray. People always tell me I smell like cookies

While I, most of the time, don't stink (I can smell badly when I am severely stressed out and suffering mentally)... I don't think I smell like nice flowers... and I most certainly don't use as many beauty products as a female does (Deo... that's it; I don't even use Aftershave, got no use for it).

Generally I love the smell of women's hair too... if some care is being taken, it can smell really nice. I love brushing my partner's hair.

Men have more sweat glands for higher physical exertion peaks and generally don't take care of their scent and cleanliness as much as women do. Also, obviously if you're a straight guy, you'll find the smell of girls more attractive. There's something called pheromones ya know.

What man follows a complete skin care routine regularly?

Add to that, that girls found products, that exude the smell you love more than the one's you use yourself. They aren't scared of hearing "ew, that's so gay. YOU ARE GAY" when trying such things.

Body hair also gets in our way. It hinders us from cleaning more efficiently and deeper and it hinders the goodies we apply to our body. Women remove their body hair.

Ask the femboys and ladyboys and they'll tell you all about it.

On a different note, lets not forget about natural pheromones here. There is a lot to be said about the attraction of scent and how your body is receptive to it. You naturally are more attracted to the scents of the sex you are more attracted to.

That being said, I'm pan. Both sexes have a different baseline sort of smell, and they are quite different--the natural hormone levels in your body play a lot into it, as well as your diet.

I think it's cuz LITERALLY women tend to have more sensitive noses than us men. On average that is.

So probably they can also pick up stinky smells and get rid of them (bathing/parfume/deodorants) waaaaaaaay earlier than we pick it up.
In the mean time, by the time us men START to pick a scent of bad odour on our body in order to act upon, a woman has picked that scent long ago already.

Because women tend to eat more fruit/veggies and lighter foods, use multiple shower/beauty products, and from a very young age we are shamed into always thinking we smell and we have to hide “dirty” things like a period/farts/the fact that we poop/have discharge.
