Almost, I was 15. He snapped after hearing verbal insults and abuse for +1hr. Mom was about to get sucker punched. Luckily I was standing next to them, I moved faster than him. locked in my arm to his punch. I almost got flunked off my feet, the force was immense, but the punch didn't reach my mom.

Then I pushed him and Mom apart, my elder brother also jumped in we both pulled them away.

I did it for my father's good. I told him, I did not want him to get arrested or anything else. I know what she is doing assault in a way, and she is provoking you. But that is how this women is, and you should not be falling for this.

Yes , my Dad was an abusive alcoholic and he hit my Mom a few times when he was drunk arguing with her , my brothers’ and I would jump in and pull him off of her. This. only happened when my brothers’ and I were younger , it stopped when my Grandfather came over with 2 of his buddies and threatened my Dad and said if he ever lays a finger on her again , he won’t be walking , My Dad was scared shitless , he never hit my Mom again after that.

Yes he did, He abused my mom physically when she was with him and even when she was pregnant with me! She left him when I was young because he'd get drunk, cheat and come home to hit her any chance he'd get.

Karma though hit him in the ass. He ended up with a woman who fought back against him and beat the crap out of him several times. What isn't good thoughThe law doesn't keep him in jail and he actually needs mental help. Currently he is homeless last time I heard though.

Yup, my biological father would get drunk and abusive, hit my mom several times.

Thankfully he’s quit cold turkey, because of how mean he got when he’s drunk. He’s has sincerely apologized to my mother, and hasn’t drink since. He does smoke pipe tobacco still though.

I don't think he ever did, but he was a violent - son-of-a-bitch and did some really bad shit when my bro and I were little kids... He was a coward then and sad to say, he would have  NEVER done it when I was an adult or I would have beat the living shit out of him or maybe even killed him... and he knew it when I was an adult.

No woman in generations of my family has ever been hit. The one who was, in 1895, left immediately back to her family and they supported her in the divorce she demanded. Men in my family cherish and protect their women.

Nope. My mom would have screamed bloody murder and divorced his ass. She didn't put up with abuse.
Besides, my dad was a mellow dude. They had a few arguments, but would never have hit her. Hell, he never even spanked me or my sister.
