Usually just the overall image really. Do they take care of themselves physically? Do they look like they put a little bit of effort in as far as how they're dressed? Do they shiw confidence in their body language? Are they physically attractive to me?

First impression means it all, even for women, if they don't look as if they care what they look like, it goes a long way. I get it if people are just throwing on clothes to run to the store real quick, we all do it, but you can still tell if someone has enough respect for themselves and their body.

His face - eyes and lips. If the face is not attractive nothing else will catch my attention

Eye contact is also very important, sometimes people just lock eyes and it's all over from there.
