I have a hard time with hygiene… why?

When I’m depressed I usually have low energy and don’t get up

but lately I’ve been feeling like I’m on autopilot… I just don’t shower, brush my teeth ect… I hop out of bed wash my face.. I reapply deodorant, mouthwash… change undies and clothes

I just feel I don't know

I have a hard time with hygiene… why?
