Weird question, but do girls actually notice when a guy doesn’t have much of a bulge in lounge clothes like basketball shorts or pajama pants?

At home, I like to be comfortable usually in pajama pants or basketball shorts without underwear. But when I was younger and before I got married, I used to walk around in just boxers without thinking much of it, even around my wife’s sisters or our female friends.

One summer, one of her sisters stayed with us for a few months. I’d lounge around like usual, until it hit me how risky that actually was. Between the loose leg openings and front fly, there was too much chance for an accidental reveal. After that, I stopped wearing boxers around others. I even remember wondering if I had unknowingly flashed her at some point.

Something similar happened recently when one of my wife’s new neighbor friends came over. I was wearing basketball shorts, and I caught her glancing at my crotch with a smirk. It made me feel a little ridiculous. I didn’t mention it to my wife she probably wouldn’t have found it amusing.

I used to think my smaller, flaccid size made things less noticeable no bulge, no issue. But now I wonder if that actually made it stand out more. Maybe the lack of a bulge made people curious or confused. I figured people would just see my tiny bump and think it was a wrinkle in the fabric. But looking back, I wonder how many people quietly noticed and maybe even got a laugh out of it.
