Girls, how do you deal with the itch after shaving down there?

Every time I shave down there, the regrowth is stubbly and itchy. Any tips to stop the itch?

How are you shaving? When I first started, I would get itchiness and mild rashes. Here's some tips: trim first with a good electric razor (specifically made for the pubic area), take a warm shower and gently exfloiate with a washcloth, find a shaving gel that works for your body (I prefer non-scented), use a clean sharp razor (throw away after a couple of uses before it becomes dull, shave with the grain and don't press too hard, rinse with cool water, pat dry (don't rub), let the area air dry for 10 minutes, apply non-scented lotion (don't skimp out, buy the good stuff) - I use CeraVe SA Smoothing Cream, try to avoid tighter fitting clothing and wear breathable underwear like cotton. Everyone is going to tell you to stop shaving it but it’s your body and your choice. So you shave which is cool, but it’s just something that will get better once your body gets used to it. Are you shaving because you want to or other reasons?
