I have no trouble whatsoever to find "the picture".

I trust my gut and if my gut feeling tells me that the picture is a fake, then I simply don't touch it. It is not that difficult to spot a fake or AI generated picture from a real one.

In case of doubt, you can always check the internet and make a reverse check. There is also software that will analyze the picture to detect whether it is a fake or not. That is what I do because experience has made me to be suspicious of everything and everyone.
