Girls, How do you act when you realise you like a guy at your work?

She has just started saying hello to me in a more friendly tone than before. I don't know her that well, but just seems a little more friendly as oppose to just polite professional tone.

Then if she is giving you a vibe that she likes you more than a friendly coworker you get even more professional and work-like with her. You do not get romantically involved with people that you work with. It is as simple as that. The fact that you are even asking about it tells me that you are gojng. to. do the wrong thing and pursue her if you think she has that sort of interest in you. That is the worst idea. Getting involved with someone at work is never a good idea. I've seen that situation implode right before my eyes. You are best to leave coworkers as people you interact with on a professional level and nothing more. That's my best advice because the alternative is not a good one in most cases.
