What do you really think about girls wearing skimpy outfits at festivals?

I wish they would wake up to reality. Wake up to the times we are living in and the nature of humans and men specifically. I don't know what the culture is like where you're from, but I'm speaking based on my country. Even if they won't physically act on it, these men are most definitely thinking stuff and you can see it on their faces.
