Yes I was given a wedgie by the football team as a initiation ritual when you made the team. I had heard it was going to happen so I wore my oldest most ratty underwear and sure enough they got a hold of me and there must of been 10 guys hauling on the top of my underwear until they ripped it off me and out of my pants. My balls and junk was left hanging over the top of my pants. I was sure glad I didn't have a good strong pair of new underpants on.
