Do guys go crazy over a girl's smile?

It really isn't all that difficult to understand. A girl that smiles is signaling that she is approachable and happy. An approachable girl makes any guy, but especially a shy one, more willing to approach her. A great smile also reminds a guy that if a girl is mostly upbeat, she'll be enjoyable to have around for the long run. Last not least, a beautiful smile is beautiful because those are the lips that we get to kiss.

Yeah, totally- a smile is an excellent feature on a girl, but personally- I go crazy about eyes. No matter the color, just the depth really. But, as far as a smile- it's more about the shape and sincerity than the look of her smile. The biggest turn off about a smile though- when she's wearing lipstick! Ick.
