Do guys care about acne ?

When I say moderate I mean I have some on my cheek. They come and go.

If you just have a few pimples here and there every now and then, we're not going to care so much. If you have it all over your face all the time, we'll probably care.

It depends, because there's other things a girl can have about her, that might make us willing to ignore it. Depends on the guy. But hey, don't worry - there's lots of treatments for acne. I had a really bad case when I was 13-14. It was horrible, but I didn't feel bad because I didn't care what people thought. I was used to being by myself. My mom asked if I wanted to get rid of it though and so I said "why not?". So she took me to a dermatologist and started taking this medicine, and in a few months ALL my marks VANISHED from my face, and I stopped getting as much pimples.

It's really not a big deal these days. =) You can have clear skin too. Don't feel bad about it now. Even if you do have bad acne, maybe that just means some guys might not notice you that much, but one day you'll be able to get rid of it and that won't be a problem anymore.

And if you think it's sad that guys will only notice you once you don't have acne anymore, and think they should look at your personality and ignore what you look like, try to be fair. Girls like pretty things too. :o I say this because some girls have a problem "showing themselves", and then complain that guy don't notice them, and think they should notice them. It doesn't work that way. -.-

Acne sucks we all know that, you feel ashamed of yourself, you can't look at people's eyes and ugh it's hard, I know. Retin-A (Tretinoin) WILL cure you. well , a girl with loads of spots and pimples wudnt be attractive at all. So it does matter. Anyway I haven't seen any good looking girls with acne only the fat ugly ones. So don't worry about it.

Ofc appearance matter but moderate acne isn't a huge deal, I mean basically everybody have acne, at least sometimes... Not as important as personality and other things.

Some coming and going on your cheek is not a huge deal. Would you look better without? Probably. Is it a top 10 thing in how I'd judge a girls appearance being totally superficial. Probably not.

BTW, qa, I've actually seen people have more success getting rid of acne via supplements then via better cleansers. Not crazy stuff, but vitamin c, sometimes e, greens, fish oil, etc.
