Why does he stare into my eyes for so long?

There is this boy at my school and he always stares at me like in the courtyard at school I will be waiting for the bell to ring at school in the morning with my friends and he will be with his friends on the other side of the courtyard and he will stare straight at me with his hole body facing me but when I look at him he looks away really fast and my friends have caught this to.Then at other times he will hold the stare with me from the distance or even if its up close and he does this everyday and this has been going on for like 4 months and also I will be in the lunch line at lunch and he will be at his table witch is diagonal from the line and well anyways he will be standing at the end of it and he will look at me and I look at him and we stare at each other in the eyes for like 10 seconds and its not to in the distance I'm mean were probably like 13 feet apart when he does this. But when I'm in that lunch line he stares at me and I stare at him in the eyes for so long so why. And also why does he stare at me sometimes then when I look at him he will look away and other times he will hold the look Please help THANK YOU!

Hey may be attracted you and is probably waiting on you to either show him signs for the green light or the red light. He may not know how you feel, but once he does he'll either try to pursue you or move on
