there is this boy at my school and for months he has been staring at me and making eye contact and well today I got in the lunch line and from his table he was staring at me and his mouth was slightly open and I'm just wondering what that means please help thanks

so dis dude in the halls we say hi to each other in the hallways then one day i say him to the quick eyebrow raise and he always staring and looking me with his mouth open. But i don't like him and he always everywhere. he so weird!

He wasn't aware. people don't always consciously pay attention to everything they're doing. Most likely he was just lost in thought or had nasal congestion that made mouth breathing more comfortable.
