What does a guy that has a toothpick in his mouth look like?

Ok so you know that in movies some guys always have a toothpick in their mouths. So how does a guy like this look.Like the tough guy the badass or etc. what's your opinion. Does a guy like this look cool in school or wherever

when I was quitting I tended to put either a matchstick or a toothpick in the corner of my mouth. Nobody seemed to mind that much. Couple of people said I looked badass, few people referenced movie characters. Only really got The Wanderers one though.

TBF I've since had that effect on a lot of people without the toothpick though, so I don't reallhy know.

It can look badass if you are also wearing a leather jacket (like in the movies I've seen) but otherwise, it's really not a trend anymore and it kind of look dirty... Toothpick are for cleaning your teeth after all
