Polls: Girl's Behavior

I went shopping this morning and stopped around midday at a small grocery store. One of the shoppers in the store was a young girl, perhaps 27-30 years old, and she was wearing a full length half slip (no skirt or dress) with a coordinated top. The slip was semi-transparent and her panties were clearly visible, especially when she bent over to get something from a bottom shelf. She seemed to be oblivious to the attention she was getting.

I'm not sure if this is a new fashion statement, maybe she was drunk or mentally ill, or maybe just desperate for attention. I've never seen anyone dressed that way in public before.

Unloaded a few times before she told me she stopped taking the pill…the little minks.

She sends a picture of herself even if I don’t send one. (Sometimes it’s up close like next to her eye, or her chest is in frame even if I can see her cleavage.) I always snap her first tho.

if I post on my story she’ll view it faster when a shot of my face is in it. Than when it’s blank or a wall.

she said she is seeing someone but said I would have a chance if she wasn’t seeing someone. (I think she said this to make me feel better)

She also said she wanted to play with my hair (this was when we started texting)

what should I do? Are these green flags? Does she like me? Is she playing with my feelings? Or is she trying to say no. As nicely as possible?

Also what kind of feelings do you get when you get to see any of these?

i'm an assistant professor at a university, and i'm the research supervisor of a female student whose behaviour has confused me. the girl is usually distant, and i have scolded her very severely at times to which she just rolls her eyes or frowns but always stays quiet. recently, i gave her a research task to do which coincided with her exam schedule, when i insisted that the task has to be completed at any cost , she got a quite rude and said that she WILL NOT do the task since its not part of her research (Although it was) and that she has exams, i asked her to hire an attendant to do the job, the attendant asked for more money than she could give so she got rude with me and she that she can't do the task at the moment but the task was urgent. i am also her teacher for a subject. i was very mad at her for her behavior. the next morning she came with the amount and said that its for the attendant to do the task, but i refused, upon multiple refusals to take the money, she started crying hysterically and she starting shaking. i told her its okay i'm not going to fail you, but she was crying like somebody had died and said ' I'M SORRY SIR... I'M CRYING BECAUSE I FEEL BAD THAT YOU FELT BAD. I GOT FRUSTRATED. I'M SORRY.' she went on crying and refused to leave unless the money was taken from her. then i took the money and she left. i couldn't understand the reason why she was crying like that just because i felt bad? is she attracted to me? is she in love with me? or is she just afraid of failing? PS. the girl is very pretty.

Think like you two are both in the same area or whatever, like a workplace setting or whatever other setting in public but two strangers. If she initiates conversation or wants you to come closer while she's doing a task or multitasking let's say on her phone, so she's not having a direct as such conversation with eyes or whatever, but she's chatting while doing tasks or doing her phone activity, is it being flirty or just chatty. Especially if her opening line was "how are you?" 😄 And asking it in a foreign language and asking if I know what it means? Lol. I didn't know at the time, I was abrupt and said No and I just pissed off lol back to my own activities.

I actually never heard about this before. She's actually a natural redhead but she decided to dye it with some extra red.

Me [35M] work as administrative role in our department, which a new girl[23F], meantime she has her school holidays, began her part-time job just over summer.
Since we're working in a big department, but in separated areas, we're not bumping in each other every hour, maybe except during lunch break, coz we share same canteen. To me she's cute, I'm old.

First encounter
In the beginning of this week, she pops up in my office coz she had some problem with her profile account. So in order for her to show me, she had to logon from my computer, so I moved away a bit to give her space.
After she was done, I rolled back so could start a short troubleshoot on what was going on.
But I noticed something with her behavior.
She didn't back away when I started working (that's what people usually do?), I mean, my office is big and she had plenty of room to casually back off..
So she just stood there very, veery close, like we could with no problem play a game on my computer using same keyboard..
Short after she had to logon again, just to clarify, so I moved away again, but this time "not so far".. So I expected her to try to reach over from where she stood to my keyboard, or just move the keyboard to her so she could easier type.. But nope she went just in front of me and start typing.
Her current position; she could just turn around and sit in my lap... WTF?

And then everything seems good, so she left back to her work.

Second encounter - Coffe machine
We got two machines; I was waiting for mine to be ready and she came and ordered hers.
So I had to ask her if everything is going well now since my high leveled supportexpertise saved her day, and gave her a smirk.
She laughed (giggled?) a bit and said yes, and looked on me very fast and then looked away.
Then I noticed she was super red in her face, blushing (?).. She didn't blush when she was in my office?

Am I overanalyzing things?
Coz now I instead confusing myself and need help.
