Long as they keep their hands and their comments to themselves I'm not sure how much I care. (Though like, if a stranger is staring at me for an extended period of time then that's a bit uncomfortable)

Looking briefly every here and there is one thing, not creepy. But the ones who stare and stare intensely for minutes and then try to sneakily take a picture of you... nah. Creepy. Lol
