I caught a few trying at times in school.
I did get excited one of the times, was a guy I kinda liked but he was with another girl. He was clearly trying to get a look up my skirt when she wasn't paying attention. I actually started to go in the bathroom and take my panties off just to see how he'd react when he got lucky enough to get a peak. Got scared and changed my mind but thought about it.
The other times were not fun. Was guys I couldn't stand cause they were jerks and treated girls like crap. Then wondered why none of us liked them.
When I wore short skirt and sitting there, I can tell guys were staring at my thighs maybe wish to see something beneath my skirt. It’s excited to see the reaction of those guy wanna see but cannot just stare at it Lol
They are staring on the beach anyway. The most weird thing when a guy pulled up my skirt on the escalator
