Do you/your girlfriend wear a bra under your swimsuit or bikini?

I'm always keeping my bra on under my bikini for extra coverage and support, do you do the same? For guys ask your girlfriend what she does. What do you think about it?

My wife never does this.

I have two thoughts.

First, if you're talking about a pool, the chlorine and bromine will swiftly destroy bras.

Second, if your suit isn't supporting your breasts, the answer isn't a bra under your swimsuit, the answer is that you have the wrong swimsuit.

Frankly, this sounds like a question from the always-anon pink user who is a self righteous know it all about breasts and bras. Or a question from one of the man trolls posing as a pink user in his parent's basement.

I never do and I don't know of any other girl that does. From what I've seen, bikini tops ARE bras and one-piece bathing suits usually HAVE a bra sewn into in them.

It's best to not wear bras in the water. Not just because it's bad but also because you're ruining a perfectly good undergarment that's made for wearing under regular clothes. Swimsuits are made for the water so no bra should be needed.

I never have, but it’s a good idea. Bathing suit tops never have very good support.

My wife done that once when her old one piece tore across the breast area.

And it was the middle of winter and stores were not carry them. So she made do what with she had.

So she took an old bra, her one piece swimsuit and combined them to make a new swimsuit so we could go on our winter trip

I have never done that. I wear a bikini as a swimsuit and thats it. Also some bras are not really helping at all if they get wet, thats why they are not bikini tops.

You can buy swimwear with fitted support and padding, there is no need to wear a bra for swimming.

No, but I buy a swimsuit with an underwire or my boobs don’t fit correctly. I can never find a swimsuit without a wire that holds them in place.
