Guys, tell me about thighs?

i hate mine. They are the biggest thing on my body. I'm 143, 5'6". Im very insecure about them. Especially when I see girls with smaller ones.

Thick thighs can be very sexy feminine traits, imho. Keep in mind that people have different tastes, so what looks gorgeous for me maybe not look that nice for Paul.

If you speak about looks only, the thing here is if they're well shaped in harmony with the whole body. The good news is that you can change some details here and there by doing exercises or changing dietry - but only if you want it and would feel happier with yourself.

Don't feel insecure about this, please. We are all different, aren't we? And remember, for most men, the "anoxeric fashion dolls" style is NOT the most attractive at all.

Doesn't make much sense to be insecure about them, really. Do you know some girls would do anything to have bigger thighs? (including silicon implants to have what you already have naturally).

There is some "mind trap" that is very common, like this: one who has curly hair wanted to have it straight, one who have straight hair wanted it curly, and so on. Both ways are fine if the person take good care of it, did you get it? ;)

I have read that there are exercises that the personal trainers of Hollywood put their clients through to tone their thighs, but at the same time make them more slender than would be achieved through typical exercises. It was said to be all about which groups of muscles were used.
You might find something useful on line.
You may also be interested to know that the perfect arses of the Victoria's Secret models come from a lot of squats and lunges, every day. You will probably find a video about that on YouTube.

I don't see a photo, but generally large, thick soft thighs are extremely attractive on a woman. Just as larger breast and bum are. And your weight is fairly low for your height. I don't know what you are worrying about.
