I think she looks incredible and has clearly worked hard. I have a similar figure in terms of body fat and muscle mass but my bodies shape is different. Just bear in mind, women like this are not going to be liked by everyone. You should build muscle for you not for anyone else.

I don't mind a bit of muscle, but mostly from normal sport, not this body building/sculpting.

Okay it's definitely possible, in this case it just looks like implants, but could be a bra with slightly thick or rigid cups. I just wonder with such an obviously low body fat.

It is not that muscular, but the fake oversized boobs are certainly off-putting.

It is implants, there is no way your breasts will look like this when you will have this low of a body fat.
Breasts are mostly fat, and all that fat will be lost with all the other fat on your body.

Asked, She actually does have implants. I used to follow her YouTube channel and she talked about her boob job, giving advice and stuff. She’s pretty open about it

That bra probably includes a good degree of padding, too.
Boob + abs, that just doesn't work.
Boobs are mostly just adipose tissue, there is no way to magically keep your breasts while the rest of the fat on you disintegrates.

you won't have that body, you have to be on very stricts diets and train really hardcore. And if ur ready to train very hardcore with some proffesional trainer and eat very healthy then think about how much that girl spend on suplements only, thats expensive life

U probably dont go in fitness or ur some random dude who is in fitness for month and think that he know everything, im just sayng facts. This girl is way too much in fitness, and she spend on food really a lot money i can tell that. I eat a lot vegetables and its not even that cheap lol , per day i eat sometimes more then 8 bananas and a lot orange, and im not even taking supplements and i still spend a lot money on food. Im 17 and wonder how much i gonna spend when im older lol
