It doesn't work like that. Tall people have longer and bigger arms and legs, bigger hands and feet, bigger muscles, etc.

They don't have bigger muscles, they're just taller. It works exactly the same as above. The pitbull is shorter but more muscular, therefore more strong.

Longer yes, but the potential for strength is determined by the width of the muscle, not the length. You don't workout to get longer muscles.

You are wrong, the potential is determined by the cross-section, which gets larger the longer the muscle is.

No it doesn't, it gets larger the wider the muscle is. A long thin muscle has a smaller cross-section than a short, thick muscle. The cross-section of that pitbull's muscle is bigger than the greyhound's.

This dogs example is irrelevant here. Tall people just have longer muscles, but they are not smaller. Their bones and muscles are even likely to be thicker because the longer they are the more potential for them to be thicker. If you take a very tall guy who looks skinny and put him with a short guy who looks bulky, then you'll see that the tall guy's thickness is same or more than the short guy's. He just looks skinny because he's tall. Same with tall women.
