No. Creatine is naturally created in the body, and you get a lot of it from red meat.

You're getting confused with steroids, which can give you man-boobs if used wrongly. Steroids are testosterone-based, and all that steroids do is mimmick the effects of testosterone, that's what builds the muscle. When you elevate testosterone levels to an unnatural level, you also raise your estrogen levels. As you take steroids also, your natural testosterone production shuts down. After a course of steroids you should take post-cycle therapy, which is designed to lower your estrogen levels and kick your natural testosterone production back in. If you don't, then when you stop taking the steroids you have really high estrogen and really low testosterone, so you grow tits.

Creatine doesn't do that. All that creatine does is give you more energy, and it increases the level of a hormone called DHT which is slightly stronger than testosterone, leading to increased muscle mass.
