I'm 5'6" and I weigh around 117lbs. As a cross country and track and field athlete, I am quite strong. I can deadlift and squat over 200lbs. I've also sprinted across a football field with my 6'0" and probably 170ish lbs friend on my back. So yes, I think I could lift you up or give you a piggy back ride.

I don't think so lol. Maybe for a few seconds, I don't know. I am 178cm (5,9) and 46,6kg (around 100Lbs) So i don't think i can do that haha
