This was is not so attractive to me -- lots of isolation work like weighted crunches and twisting motions for thick obliques instead of moving the body as a single unit:

Question, what is “overdone” exactly?
Like, very defined abs. I like the hint of abs. The way you can see them more from the side than the frontIf she has more visual abs than me, I would think it would be a turn off. But tbh, I don't really know 😅
