Maybe are you sick? I have anxiety depression and PTSD and dyslexia I’ve left the house plenty of times not much I want to play poker but then again I have like 5 acres play around and thousands of hours on Skyrim

This may or may not be a problem depending on how you AR actually feeling. You didn't say why you were staying in the house. You may have perfectly legitimate reasons to stay in the house that have nothing to do with mental health at all.
