How often do you poop?

I poop only around 3-4 times a week. Asked this question to know if this is a normal thing with others.

When you go to the toilet, the body uses this as a detox method as well. If you're only going 3-4 times a week, it's unhealthy. You must be lacking fiber and water in your diet, or have some other issue going on.

Every single day in the morning before taking a shower. If you dont poop everyday you are not eating enough fiber

Healthy people poop at least once a day. And don't cheat doing it before shower. You should use only toilet paper for have smelly and dirty ass whole day.
