I'm definitely not an early bird.
I procrastinate going to bed everyday lol. I know it's bad. I'm working on that. 😅
Iβm a night owl who always wanted to be an early bird. Well not always. When I was 13 I shoveled snow for this old guy. One morning he called me around 8 am to ask when I could start shoveling for him. At the time it was still dumping outside. But when I got on the phone he asked me how I was still sleeping when the day was half over. I was so mad. Haha!
Lol! Thank you! I did back then but since I have had jobs that have me up all ll hours of the morning. So almost never sleep to ate and the only way I will ever Ben able to go to sleep after eight now is if I staid up stupid late and even then it isnβt usually until afternoon when I can get my body to shut down again:
A bit of both really, I have to get up early in the week to go to work. But will generally retire early to bed. But the weekends Iβll get up later and stay up late βOWLβ night long.

At beginning it was, now it just routine

Definitely a night owl. I couldn't hold a 9 to 5 job for too long. As of right now, I work 1pm to 9pm and usually get to sleep by 5am.
Neither.. I hate getting up early and I go to bed early.. I make the most of my day 😁

I only (usually) sleep six hours a night... and that's enough for me
I never ever sleep or nap during daylight hours... but yes, I am able to relax and "rest" during the day
believe it or not, G@G is part of my "relax" time... lmfao
not sure if I have it worse or better, because I am quite used to it by now... lol
but back in the days of my middle school and high school years, I was a bit insomniac... and I could sleep two or three hours max, every night... on the worst spells, I would get no sleep in 24 to 30 hours, none at all, lol, so that got a little bit difficult
but I was growing up... and somehow I ended up adjusting to it, mind and body just went with that tendency of me getting just six hours of sleep for most days
my issue was the fact that my mind doesn't like to rest and it will never shut down, lol... it just keeps going and going, especially at nights... but I did learn to go with that as well and eventually, I just get myself to rest every night, and I do go to bed with the idea of resting and reducing my thoughts to a minimum rather than going to bed with the idea of falling asleep, the later one just never works for me... lol
have you tried exercising or sports, working out... these have also helped me a bit
my body will be more tired and worn out that way, even if my mind is not... easier for me to relax and get a very needed rest, lol
well... working out actually requires a lot more work and focus... it would also need a change of diet, and schedules and all of that, mentality
so maybe you could try another activity that is of lower impact... like walking, jogging, hiking, biking, swimming... even yoga could be better for you
that one is actually a great idea... haha
hope it works for you, even if it doesn't help with the sleep... you're still doing something fun
