Depends on schedule. I do yoga:
Off days: 10 min in the morning - 60 min afternoon and either a bike ride or walk in between.
Work days morning: 10min morning - 30 min afternoon + bike to work and home.
Evening work: 10 min morning, 30 min noon - bike to work and home.
Evening to morning shift - 10 min morning both days, other wise I don't move a muscle. Except bike to work and home.

On Saturday, Sunday and Monday the only times I can go are during my lunch break in the afternoon or in the evening (10 or 11pm depending when I get off) so I usually squeeze time in there and break up my exercises. Tuesday through Friday I go in the early evening with my boyfriend when he gets off work (usually around 6-7) so my schedule is a little chaotic lol.
I prefer to workout in the evening. I notice that my strength performance is better once I've had a couple meals or more in me.
Afternoon / Evening , nothing happens early here , Asian hours.

I selected afternoon, but in reality, I move all day with my job. Most off days if I'm gonna be able to get out for some climbing, or some cycling, it's late morning early afternoon. At least once a week I go for an evening bike ride assuming it's not terrifically cold.
Usually in the morning.
However, if I find free time in the afternoon, I might train my MMA skills in front of the mirrors and double or triple my laps in the swimming pool.
i used to run at the buttcrack of dawn lol. I don't know why i had more energy in the morning but also i liked doing so in the morning so i could get it over with and continue on with my day
Morning is the only time during the day I can find my motivation. It hides well :D
preferably at nights... when it is a lot cooler
Evening. Fewer people around and I feel less stressed out.
Around 10-12 on my work days and around 3:10 on none-work days.
Early evenings are usually optimal for me, I feel at my most energetic.
