Luckily for me, I don’t get a period. Since I got a IUD they slowly went away. So I wear thong undies everyday without issues.

When I was still having my period I would usually wear a tampon and be just fine with a thong. I was always lucky to have really light periods.

I don't even own any, so it's a definite no. But if I did have any, I wouldn't. Too much of a risk to get underwear that's suppose to be sexy ruined by blood stains.

Plus, if you leak, then the blood will just drip everywhere on your body. And then everyone would be looking at you like "Why is there blood all over you?"
