Eyes aren't considered organs, but that's besides the point.

I agree I need my eyes and that would be number one of importance to me.

I would say your skin is high on the list aswell. Lots of hurt if it gets damaged toghether with confidence issues and resulting health problems.

If you're dead you can't look trough your eyes either or anything in general.
Without eyes you can still navigate trough life just harder like with amy disability ofc
