Depends, sometimes I go a few days without showering. The longest I've gone without showering was about a week and a half. But usually its like 1 time a day, maybe 2 if something happens which requires me to take another shower.

Why would you shower three times a day unless you were doing some kind of strenuous activity? I have, occasionally, taken a shower in the morning and then worked hard and sweat a lot and took a shower again in the evening, but that is rare.

There are just so many carcinogenics released because of all of the synthetics used today.

Most of the time I just take one but if i get really dirty and sweaty working in the yard I will take a second one before I go to bed.
