I understand your plight. I dreaded going to the dentist until I realize that all dentist are not the same and it turns out I was just going to the wrong one.

I have a new dental team and they are the best. No pain, answers all my questions and puts my fears at rest. So maybe you need to find the one for you

The dentist. I hate getting dental work done, but at least the staff there don't give me weird looks, and they actually give me numbing medication or put me under before going in and cutting a peice out.

I'm a guy, so I have no need to go to the gynecologist, unless my wife wants me to be there for her appointment, which is very rare.

Dentist, for obvious reasons. Also, my dentist is so good that he almost never has to use anesthesia, even for a root canal.
